Oh What a Night!

Finally, the wedding post. Thanks to Nonna for the pictures. We had been waiting a year for this special night and it was well worth the wait. We are so happy for Tom and Niki. They make a great couple. Our boys are now blessed with a brand new aunt. We all love Niki and are so happy that she is who Tommy chose to join the family. When we first met her, she was very quiet, which made sense because Tommy is pretty quiet too most of the time. As we got to know her, she really opened up and became much more talkative. She's actually very funny once you get to know her, especially when she goes crazy chasing Max around. Thankfully, she takes teasing well because she is pretty gullible so I tease her every chance I get. Now her and Emily run neck and neck in the teasing at family gatherings. We all tease each other because all have our own idiosecrencies. I couldn't be happier for Tommy. I love him as my own brother and think Niki is exactly what he needed to complete his life. They really complement one another. I'm so glad that that they have Max because he is really getting them ready for babies. He doesn't sit still at all. They came over for dinner this week and we watched their wedding video. The kids went to bed so it was just the four of us. We laughed so hard! We look forward to sharing many more memories together.

As many of you know, their wedding was beautiful. Besides the bout of rain before the ceremony, everything was perfect.....the food, the band, the company. So many people filled the dance floor and seemed to be enjoying themselves.
